A residential project where nature meets timeless architecture
Casaba Vogue is a residential project designed to bring together the residents of Basiskele, Yuvacik with its unique architectural approach and ideal location for modern living. Positioned on a delta-like geographical formation with a ground structure composed of separated andesite rock layers, the project is located above the valley forest with an elevation difference of 65–90 meters following the natural slope of the land.
Within the project, there are duplex and standard floor apartments in various sizes designed to meet different lifestyle needs, along with 12 exclusive villas overlooking the valley forest.
The exterior architecture was inspired by architectural details dating back 100–150 years, while the interior architecture reflects selected design elements from the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. Rustic handmade brick surfaces were used on the main buildings, while different window forms and frame styles were designed between floors.
Even decorative marble lintel applications once used above flat wooden windows were reinterpreted to preserve the authentic facade character of the era. In addition, the facades of the 12 exclusive villas were designed with a composition combining Roman-style bricks and aluminum composite materials, creating a timeless appearance inspired by structures from nearly 2,000 years ago.
